1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked. Your subscription is cancelled at the same time.
2. Renewals
Monthly renewals after the first payment are not refundable. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
3. If we fall short
If, for reasons within our control, weekly scans fail to run for two or more consecutive weeks, contact us and we will refund or credit the affected period pro rata.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@mentionnorth.com from the address you subscribed with, or include your dashboard link. We process requests within 5 business days; Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days after that.
